Terms, Conditions & Disclaimer

By visiting this website, booking a session, or purchasing any service offered by Amy Egan – Animal Communicator, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read them.

Nature of Services

Animal communication sessions are offered for intuitive, emotional, and spiritual insight, reflection, and personal clarity. These sessions are intended to support awareness and understanding and are offered as a complementary service only.

Services provided are not intended to replace or substitute for:

Veterinary or medical care
Psychological or mental health treatment
Professional behavioral training
Legal or financial advice

Animal communication sessions do not diagnose, treat, or predict medical, behavioral, or health outcomes for people or animals.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed professionals for any medical, behavioral, psychological, or health-related concerns involving themselves or their animals.

While sessions are conducted with care and integrity, no specific outcomes, results, or guarantees are stated or implied. All information shared is subjective in nature and should be interpreted at the client’s discretion.

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book or receive services.

Personal Responsibility

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations. Services are intended for insight and reflection and should be used as one part of a broader support system, not as a sole source of guidance.

Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session via email.

Appointments that are:

Missed
Canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice
Joined more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeited and charged in full.

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions, missed appointments, or late cancellations.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion. In the event services are declined prior to delivery, a full refund will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Amy Egan – Animal Communicator shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from participation in services or reliance on information provided.

Governing Law

These terms and any related matters shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Services may be provided to clients throughout the United States.
